that it's important to find out what your body likes and dislikes. I don't eat dairy or grains (but I sprout wheat grass), or eggs. With these foods especially, many people produce mucus in their colon, to protect itself from irritants. If your colon has mucus, it doesn't absorb nutrition properly, which leads to cravings and overeating. Also, fats from soaked nuts, seeds, lentils and beans are SO good for you. When I replaced animal proteins for these plant proteins, I found my skin quality and turn-over improved greatly. Without enough fats, people crave crave crave because their body is in begging for nutrition mode
