Weight Watchers.. I have completely lost faith in. Todays diet is getting more and more like atkins.. where you are rewarded for cutting down/back on carbs and eating more protein.. it sucks.. because if you are vegetarian.. then your main protein is cheese.. or maybe egg (if you like it) .. and cheese may be protein but it's high in points.. I can't win. I preffered the old points system and it worked for me.. but on the new plan.. even sticking to it 100% I lost a paltry 5 lbs in 8 weeks. I lost faith in it. I don't wanna do faddy diets and I am not a fan of slimming world.. so for now I am calorie counting. Hope it works.
