Thats for the tips,but as everyone knows those good intensions do start out like that but if something tends to go wrong during the month then you can loose heart to continue.Thats what i find.i have a kfc as a treat,that a few beers,then lose the plot and have a large dooner keebab at 1 in the morning.Feels great at the time,but its in the light of the morning you tend to ignore those scales and say ,oh well theres always next month.Getting into this of rut seems to be an every month occasion.
