Hi,
I'm Josh.... I've been a big lad pretty much from the age of 8.
I'm quite fit in the aspect of exercising but when I eat 'junk' food I binge eat so much!
My brother whom is older than me is losing weight too with me but he's shorter and weighs a lot less than me, this pushes me to do so.
I want to be losing upto 4 stone before the summer time.
I am also exercising on a daily basis, it's just the change in diet I need!
This site looks really helpful.
