You've done really well sticking to the diet and exercise for 12 weeks, but you may need to drop your calorie intake a little. I'm no expert but have done loads of diets over the years and the one that worked for me was the Sureslim plan. I cut out bread, pasta, potatoes and rice (I have a bit of an intolerence to them!) and I lost 2 and a half stone in 6 months following the low GI plan. Once I had done the quick loss part, I was then able to re-introduce some of my 'problem foods'. That was 3 years ago and sadly I fell off the diet wagon (went back to pizza's and wine!) so I need to re-train myself again.
It might be helpful to fine a low GI diet plan on the internet (I'm sure I've seen one somewhere for 21 days) and try following that for a while to see if it makes a difference with your exercise routine.
