your definately moving in the right direction with the exercise but im thinking the same as rockchic1. i try to stick to 1200 calories a day and i go to the gym 5 times a week and overall i have lost 5 stone in just over a year. admittedly i have put a stone back on but thats because i cant say no to cornal kontucky lol. im back on my 1200 calorie plan now and i already feel better. just count your calories. dont make a meal plan as you will get bored just try and count your calories and keep your diet varied so that its interesting and you wont get bored. the worse thing about a diet is feeling low as you cant eat what you want but everything in modiration and your get there :-)
