just a quick one and i hope to affend anyone but are any of you on any slimming pills or fat burners? if so which ones are you on and how is that going? have you had good results or any bad side effects?

i will start.

i have tried a product called efingen. as far as i am aware it is currently illegal unless presribed by a doctor. it works by highening your heart rate and therefore burning moer calories. i wouldnt recommend this to anyone with any type of heart or breathing problem and always research before you use such product. i had a good results with this product but didnt find them sustanable

a product i am trying at the moment is clenbuterol. this works by highening your heart rate and core body tempature. this is a fat stripper so you will find you will have more definintion with this product and i would recomend this product to people that are close to there weight goals and want to tone up. as before i did alot of research into this product and found it right for me. that doesnt mean its right for you. i have had 3 shots of this so far and have already started to notice the difference. this is not a sure fire way of losing weight and i would always recomend a healthy diet and exercise. but i thought it would be good to share our experiences with these products as you never know they might give someone that little extra kick they need to keep going.
