hi thanks,
I went training last night and due to time constraints I only had tuna salad for lunch - no time for jacket pot. I noticed that I couldnt perform as well as usual at my training session -my body felt lethargic and lacking in fuel. so that helped prove to me that I need some carbs on days I am training.
