My diet exercise program.
I try and have three meals a day as a rule, found in the past skipping meals doesn't work or just eating one type of food.
Typical examples:
Breakfast: Cereal with skimmed milk or toast.
Lunch: soup or healthy sandwhich or other light lunch.
Evening meal: I try and include chicken or fish or turkey etc. salad and rice or pasta.
or jacket potato with healthy filling and salad.

I also try to change the evening meal to lunch time and lunch to evening. Variety so not to be too much the same and get boring, can run into big trouble that way.
As a rule now i don't snack but if i am tempted i always try to keep carrots, celery to hand.
With salads i try and add dried fruit, also i always use a low cal dressing.
As for the exercise at the moment i am just sticking to walking. I live in the country and have some really nice walks. hope this helps
