you need to mix it up a bit. your body has got used to what your doing. do you have a cheat meal at all. you are meant to have one to kick start your body again into losing weight. i have never plateud because i have my cheat meal. you have to remember that your body will slow down if you do a ruotine for to long. just mix it up and let your self slide once a week and im sure the pounds will start coming off again
