Thanks, however I do cheat now and again. I'll have the odd takeaway, went out for an Indian, and have had the odd party where I've drank far too much wine! I still count it all though! What about my calorie deficit question? As I said I eat max of 1600 cals but burn upto 600 leaving a net effect of 1000 a day. Should the net effect be lower?
I think I'm gonna try cutting out my coffee with 2 sugars and s skimmed milk and go back to black tea with no sugar and see if that makes any difference. What I haven't mentioned is whilst the weight us staying the same, I am still losing the odd half inch here and there and I mustn't forget that. It might be that I building muscle?
