cutting out sugar is a good step and having the odd take away is good but just make sure you do this every week not just every so often. sounds weird i know but it works. i try to keep to twleve hundred calories a day and then do exercise as this is meant to be the perfect intake for a women to lose the most weight as healthy as possible. might seem difficult but its amazing what you can find that is low in calories but tastes really good.
