Hi, i`v also been following the weight watchers and really like it. I don`t feel hungry at all as you can fill up on the free foods! like no points soup and plenty of veg with dinner. have also been trying to exercise for 30 mins 3 times a week this week i have lost 3 pounds but am going to aim for 2 pounds a week as that is more realistic.
