Default How should I start? Would love some friendly advice!

Hello members!

My name is Jessica Cowley, I'm new here and hoping to loose 3st in the near future. I have read a lot of your posts, and have found them very useful...
I play tennis occasionally, and hope to play more to aid my mission! I will need a new food plan, hopefully not including any fat burners or powdered foods. Does anyone remember how they got themselves organised for a new diet programme?? I would love any tips you can offer!

Many thanks, Jessica
