Hi all.
I have just joined, and woould like some friendly advice and how this all works. I have been on weight watchers for a few months now and in the beginning worked well, but am now starting to gain weight again. have really lost it. any good ideas greatfully recieved. karin

Hi Karin,
I'm Coco and I've also tried Weight Watchers but then gave up. What was it that failed for you? I think for me it was because it was quite complicated to stay on track without going overboard and when you are away from the group I did'nt feel supported. I've tried other diets since and one has worked for me. Love to hear from you. Get back to me and we can chat! |

yeah think same for me, had a couple birthdays, and then gained then lost heart, and all they said at meetings was keep tracker!! How you finding this site for diet |

Hello Karin,
I've found the site really helpful. It's nice to chat with other people who all have the same aim. Don't give up... ! I've also had a few social events and it's really hard to stay on track but even when I feel I have messed up, I put that behind me and get back on the waggon!! I'm not saying it's easy to stay focused. I hung a pair of skinny jeans on the back of my door and even when I've had a couple of bad days or a piece of chocolate cake, I look at the jeans and think- I want to fit into those jeans more! I find that forgiving yourself when you have been naughty enables me to get past that and carry on. Please get in touch again, I really need to support and am happy to do the same. Coco |
