Find a plan that fits you. Maybe your husband can do it with you. Team work worked best for me. A good support system is always best no matter what you do. I think you can Private message here or email me but ill be your first cheerleader. Good luck

Hi!

Have you started a food log yet? If you can record your eating patterns then you can start to plan how and where to cut the calories.

It's good that you know how much you want to lose and by when but it be a really big help if you broke down those long term goals into weekly goals. Makes things look much more achievable if you can manage it in small chunks.

Have you got a particular diet and exercise plan in mind?
