Default To Lose One Pound of Weight

It may only be one pound but to lose it you must eat a whopping 3,500 calories fewer than you are doing – because that is what it takes. Yes, one pound of fat weight = 3,500 calories. So, how to do it?

1. You could not eat for 2 days
2. You could go on a crash diet/fad diet of cabbage, apples, seaweed or whatever gimmick appeals to you

I do not recommend either of these approaches.

3. You could be sensible and try the Weight to Go diet. This will give you 850 calories a day thus saving roughly 1,000 calories a day. So in 3˝ days you will have lost one pound.
