i have always found sticking to 1200 calories and plenty of water and exercise did it for me. it can take a while to lose alot of weight but at least you know your doing it the right way and its going to stay off. try and cut out as much fat as you can also. eating things such as salads and having sweetner in your tea instead of sugar should also help you on your way. your know yourself weather something is fatty or not. i also try to stay away from high carb foods (bread pasta rice) unless i am going to the gym that day or i will only have it in small amounts. carbs are very filling but i find im not satisfied as you can only have small portions so replace it with something a little more biteable. hope this helps. x

also alot of diets you find will get it off but not keep it off. think of it as a life sytle change and not just a diet because you cant go back to the way you were eating before cos your put it all back on lol

Try to eat a little bit of everything. In that way, you wont be restricting yourself from eating so many foods. It's just a matter of controlling yourself.

Diet alone wont be effective for losing weight. You should also have a regular exercise to achieve it.
