Default Negative Calorie Foods

Hi,

I've read a couple of times about the Negative Calorie Foods and I'm not sure if it's true. I mean... I read that eating this kind of foods will make you lose more calorie in the process of digesting it. What do you think about this?

Negative calorie foods are foods that helps to get more calories which useful to digest the calories that the food actually contains! Calories, these foods are much harder to use in the body. In other words, life is hard work, in order to extract calories from these foods. While the food may contain many calories, much less of these calories can possibly turn fat negative calorie foods less calories than the body actually available.

All foods have some calories. No food is actually negative calorie food. But the overall effect of certain foods in our body is negative calorie. Negative calorie foods are foods that use more calories to digest than the calories the foods actually contain.
