Default Weight to Go Diet ?

Hi everyone,
I have a friend who has just started doing the above diet and I'm wondering if anyone else had done it. She is really successful and had lost 3 stone in one month! I am thinking of doing this as well but I wanted to learn a bit more about this before.

Thank you for your help,
Helen

Is this the diet wherein you drink shakes?

I've tried shake diets before and believe it or not, it worked. The diet I was on was shake for breakfast, complete meal for Lunch, Fruits for snacks and again, Shake for dinner. In about a week or so I started losing weight like crazy. It really works.

Now... here is the punch line, I couldn't keep up with the diet. Every minute of the day, I was thinking of lunch. lol... so eventually, I stopped and gained everything I lost + more back

I would suggest you stick to diets that you can keep up with. yoyo dieting are not good for health.

I like your post about Weight to Go Diet. It is very interesting for our knowledge. According to me i think that Weight to Go is a complete meal replacement diet. t consists of a real soup, a real meal and 3 thick, nutritious shakes per day.
