Default Claire Sweeny's Big Fat Diet

Did anyone see this report on TV the other night. I have only just watched it and she was going to eat without caution for six weeks.

She did not especially overeat (like supersize me) but just eat what she wanted, the programme didn't show much of what she actually ate, but you saw her eating fish and chips and big ice creams.

The end result was that in six weeks she put on a massive two stone and put on 10 inches on her waist.

What did you think if you saw the programme, if you didn't I am sure you can find it online either ITV or Channel 4.

It took me about an hour to watch about half of it this morning, I got fed up of the ITV player stalling all the way through.

I'll try to watch the second half when I get some time.

Incredible to see Claire go from a trim and tidy frame to one with several lumps and bumps squeezing through her dress in only three weeks.

I had a similar problem with the ITV Player! ... I did manage to watch all of it.

I think it just goes to show, how easy it is to pile on weight in a short period of time, if you do not "watch what you eat" and also do some exercise. There was a huge change in her - quite literally!

Just read an article in Weightwatchers magazine about Claire Sweeney's diet. Clever girl she got paid by TV company to put on weight and then paid by Weightwatchers to loose it again. Nice work!!

Choosing a free diet program is a very difficult task. You do not know what to look for in a free diet plan or what questions to ask about the free diet program. The article might help you choosing a free diet plan and joining the correct free diet program.
