Hi Gerkov,

My friends wife used to have the same problem.

She went to their local church and started bellringing every Monday night,

I have never seen her arms but apparently the results are amazing!

The only trouble now is that every time I think my friend and his wife it reminds me of the Mars advert

Doing weights would help to tone your arms.

Try googling upper arm exercises, you should find a few.

Bingo wings are one of the areas that are notoriously difficult to shift unfortunately and women seem to be subject to them more than men. This I would attribute to the fact that men naturally have more muscle in this area than women, regardless of whether they lift weights or not. Improving the muscle tone in this area would really help - so I agree with Gem, you perhaps need to consider some weights in that area.
