It was a month ago that I weighed 220 pounds and it was really hard for me. I used to eat too much food even if I’m not hungry . I don’t even plan a daily meal.
I was so depressed before, thinking that there will be no more solution in this problem.But I was wrong, So until then I found out that there are wonderful ways and tips on how to loose weight. So I tried and followed those tips with self discipline. And then I started to learn to plan a meal, have my daily exercise to help burn all my fats and avoiding sweets and favorite foods that cause me to eat too much. It was so amazing!After 2 weeks I started to loss 4 pounds from 220 to 216 pounds after 2 months I already weighed 190 pounds. When looking at my pictures before I was so amazed and telling my self " I did it!" I’m so happy for the result! Following those tips really helps me a lot. All my worries and depressions are gone! For those who also have a problem just like me you can really find ways to solve your problem on how to loose weight. Start it now and see the difference.

what made you want to do it this time though , i can diet but i find it hard to stick to it , especaily as my husband tends to eat food in front of me when hes not m,ent to have it and makes me want some

Thank you for your reply I really appreciate it! Just like me before I was thinking to my self that I cant do it but I was thinking that this is for my own good. It was very hard for me too at the very first time doing this things until then I set my physical goal and just followed those tips and now I already achieve it! Try it now Donna! Self discipline is the key to achieve your physical goal in losing weight. I know you can do it just like me. |

The true secret to weight loss is this: Make small changes each and every day and you'll slowly (but surely) lose those extra pounds. The key is to forget about instant results and settle in for the long run. I hope this will best one,.. share some more here. |

Your post motivates me and I want to loose my extra weight also. I have started walking. I took my dog with me and this way I could walk a mile extra ![]() May I know what diet plan you have adopted when you were losing. Hi Bowen,
Thanks for giving the idea of taking dog with you on walk. As concern as diet plan do add raw food in your diet plan and it will works. I have added fresh vegetables and fruits salad in my diet and I am not only losing weight but also getting active. |

Well the ideas given by you are all very good. In my experience I am using some drops, I get them from prohcgdiet.com and they are really very effective. The diet plan and the time table they told me wow it is very effective for me and I lost 14 pounds in one month. Along with my exercise I am tasking these drops and they result too well.

Very useful advice to loseing weight.Making small changes every day and will slowly (but surely) lose those extra pounds.

You take good steps to reduce your weight because as the time passed, it become difficult to lose your weight.. I am sure you starts a good dieting plan to control your weight..
