Vegetables are the best diet for losing weight specially the boiled vegetable rather then fully cooked or fried vegetables. Vegetables control your body fat.

vegetables is the best food for the diet. It is good for the weight. All of the vegetables is not using for diet only some food are useful to diet. Some fruits are also useful tor the weight loss so you can use it.

According to me the best diet foods are Green vegetables, Fruits and Nuts. For effective diet plan you have to avoid Oily, Sweet and junk foods which contain lots of unnecessary fats and calories.

fruits are the natural foods which are use by the mostly person in their diet.
fruits and vegetables, they have bundle of vitamins and minerals that are essential for the health growth.
