Default Dukan diet?

Hello!

And what about the Dukan diet? Did anybody knows anything about it? I've heard that it works and easily but...?

Four to six small meals and snacks everyday, avoid foods that are high in fat and calories, do regular exercise and yoga, eat regular breakfast and fruits and vegetables.

It is really advisable to start creating your own diet plan to live healthy and strong, make sure that you get enough nutrients on your every meal. You can also create your own exercise log for better dieting result.

Hi All,
Really informative tips, 3 are new for me. Thanks for sharing with everyone.
I would like to add few points
Be specific in dairy items also,
Chew your food thoroughly before swallowing,
Use of oats in breakfast are effective,
If you want to take drink do take diet drinks.

Hi peter,
Nice tips and effective tips as I followed these tips before and reduced weight.
Just want to add some more:
Drink plenty of water,
Chew your food before swallowing,
Use vegetables and fruits salad and soups in your diet.

-Start daily excerxises
-Start eating in your daily routine
-Drink much water as possible
-Eat green vegetables
