Really informative tips, 3 are new for me. Thanks for sharing with everyone. I would like to add few points Be specific in dairy items also, Chew your food thoroughly before swallowing, Use of oats in breakfast are effective, If you want to take drink do take diet drinks. Hi peter,
Nice tips and effective tips as I followed these tips before and reduced weight. Just want to add some more: Drink plenty of water, Chew your food before swallowing, Use vegetables and fruits salad and soups in your diet. |
