Default I lost my last 15pounds in 3 weeks! Raw food diet

I've been on the raw food diet for 6 weeks. Not only did I lose 15 pounds in 3, 6" on my tummy in 6 , but I've almost recovered from chronic fatigue.
(My energy, sleep, digestion are recovered, but I still have a sinus infection.
The immune system takes a long time to rebuild.) My face doesn't look 10 years older anymore. I see a glimmer of my young self again. My skin glows, my eyes look bigger and brighter, my cheekbones are back (because my face is no longer puffy), my teeth are re-mineralizing,
and my hair is finally growing thick again. Yay!! And I can wear belts again!
(I was looking allittle sausagey). I wrote about my experience with the raw food diet on my blog. This has been the best diet ever!
Because it's not about losing weight, which of course will happen but it's not the biggest benefit. The greatest thing about it is it gives your body the raw materials to build your most healthy, young body and face ever.

I find raw-food diets a bit counter-intuitive, unless the person doing it was eating totally terribly before.

One of the most important things that made man rise from apes is cooking, and raw food diets go against that, and by doing that raw food dietees forfeit the extra nutritional value that cooking provides to most of the foodstuffs.

Our digestive systems with monkeys are almost identical. They eat 50% green veggies, 40% fruit, and the rest is nuts seeds ect. That's why many people who just start green juicing every day (representing 50% of diet being green) feel so much better. Some foods need to be cooked like potatoes, but they have very little nutrition anyways. Other foods like beans and grain need to be cooked because they aren't chewable. But if you sprout them, there is no comparison in how nutritionally dense they are.
I am only 98% raw. When I eat cooked food, I feel tired after. On raw, I get a buzz But in the end, everybody needs to do what make them feel their youngest and healthiest ever!

Most people eat so much sugar, msg, and salt, that tastebuds don't work very well. Most people like fruit, but have problems with veggies. I make green veggie juice for my t-rex hubby, and juice 2 fruits that he finds sour to eat (apples and oranges). One cup of veggie juice could have 4 servings of veggies. I add stevia which is a plant based sweetener that helps make the body even more alkaline. And if you soak nuts and seeds over night with dried fruit like raisins and goji berries, its so yummy! Just take a few steps towards better eating!

Thanks SO much. In the past, to lose my last 10-15 pounds which always crept up on me (I love bread, icecream and chocolate) I had to be extremely strict, was often hungry with cravings, and I did vigourous exercise. The problem with this is being consistant long term. On the raw food diet, I'm stuffed most of the time. And if I crave something at a restaurant or what I cooked for my hubby, I can have it. I treat myself 2-3x a week. And it doesn't affect my weight at all. I always was a healthy eater, but I think I've doubled my fruit & veggie intake. Also I never ate raw nuts & seeds before. Now I eat 500-600 calories/day. That explains why my hair is thickening and I look 5 years younger instead of 5 years older. If a diet is truely good for you, it shows in your skin and hair because your liver, kidneys and heart get priority. Looking good on the outside means your body has plenty. I hope you can add even more of these good things to your diet. Have you ever checked your saliva PH? Many people on regular diets are very low (5.5-6.8).
