First of all, you did lose some weight so its not that bad
Now if there is a problem that should be at portions, how many fruits for snack, how much fish for dinner? Are you counting them accurately or are you actually overeating without knowing it?

It's not that bad, you need to carry it on for more time and you'll see good results and you should have been a little bit more specific.

Hi dietingdon,
Some tips that might help in losing more weight.
Do workout for 5 days in a week,
Break your meal in 5/6 small meals,
Skip potatoes from your dinner,
Drink at least 12 glass of water daily.
