Here is the bitter truth . You will never loose weight by waling . Foor that you will have to do intensive training for months , whihc is very painfull ofcourse . Walking will help you loose weight only initially and that to 1 -2 kgs but that too will comeback .

Hi there!!
Yes, walking is one good way to shread off the pounds..... Not only that, in the uk we are blessed with some of the most beautiful national parks in the world.... The Lake District being one of them where they have hundreds of walking routes, some with some good elevation to make it that little harder, meaning you put more into it.... So you can really enjoy a nice, natural scenery walk, while getting your weekly/daily exercise.... Take advantage people!!! |

Walking is good for losing weight but in my opinion walking is a slow way of exercise. I prefer to do running because running is quick way to lose weight.

Walk is best solution of weight problem. Walk is healthy exercise and with it we can easily lose weight. With 30 to 40 minute walk we can easily lose our weight. Walk increases our stamina also. I do it regularly and everyone should do it.

Yes you say right walking is also the way to lose the weight but it have minor effect if you have extra over weight body then you must need some workout to reshape your body or burn your body fat.

walking is best form of exercise to loose weight.
