I love tunna salad, it contains: tuna ( in it's own juice), pasta, olives, boild eggs, sweetcorns and cucumber. To savour it I use olive oil,salt, pepper and dill. If you prefer raw salads you can mix lots of in ingredients like : tomatoes, olives and sweetcorns ( with olive oils and salt), greek salad is delicious as well
. You can also do a salad with fish, boiled potatoes, onion, olives and eggs ( add yoghurt sauce and that's it).

I like tuna salad, pasta salad and carrot salad most. Whenever I urged for salad I put citrus, berries, melons, apples, bananas, peaches in bowl and mix them. I put fresh juices to make the salad more healthy. |

I like cold salad because cold salad is good for healthy mind. I usually add apple, carrot, beans and macaroni in my salad and i love to eat this.

I like the Asian vinaigrette dressing its so so good and its for dieters
The Recipe 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped 2 tablespoon of sesame oil or depends with your preference half a cup of vinegar freshly grounded black pepper salt to taste combine all the ingredients together and you have your vinaigrette dressing. Try this recipe so so Delicious!

I like eating salads at least four times a week, and it would consist of,
gem lettuce red pepper cucummber celery spring onion, cherry tomato and beetroot. Sweet potato would also be cooked along with a side dish of salmon. |
