hi, i wonder if anyone can help me. i need to loose some weight but my problem is finding a diet i can stick to. i dont like fruit, veg or salad and im not keen on fish. i am really struggling to find anything that i can do. i hope someone can help

Hey jooles18..... I would say that if you want to lose your weight then you must have to add fruits and vegetables in your dieting plan because these can lose weight rapidly . You have to stick your self on the usage of fruits and vegetables .

Hi jooles18,
Though you hate basic things in diet (fruits, vegetables and fish) but you can cont carbs, proteins, fats before taking any meal. Do take low carb meals and better if consult with some nutritionist. Besides diet do start some exercise or physical work on regular basis. |
