Hi, I have been losing weight slowly for over a year now and have lost nearly 2 stone. However recently I seem to have stopped!! :-( Since stopping I have ben trying harder but the scales are not budging! I currently weigh 11st 8 and would love to get to 11st.
I do not know what I am doing wrong. I am in the gym everyday (burning on average 600 calories) and watch what i eat. I certainly dont starve myself (love my food too much) but watch what I eat, eat sensibly and dont drink alcohol! Would love to just budge those final 8lbs. Any advice would very much be welcomed! Thanks in advance :-) xx |

Hi Charl,
I have read your post, you didn't mention your exercise schedule and diet chart. Still few tip that might help you in losing weight. Break your meal in 5/6 small meals, Drink 2 glass of water before every meal, Chew food well before swallowing, Do take low carb diet, Prefer green tea and fresh juices over beverages, soda, diet soda and packet juices. |

There must be a limit to which you can lose weight. Consult your dietician in this regard.
