Default Help! Ive stopped losing weight!

Hi, I have been losing weight slowly for over a year now and have lost nearly 2 stone. However recently I seem to have stopped!! :-( Since stopping I have ben trying harder but the scales are not budging! I currently weigh 11st 8 and would love to get to 11st.

I do not know what I am doing wrong. I am in the gym everyday (burning on average 600 calories) and watch what i eat. I certainly dont starve myself (love my food too much) but watch what I eat, eat sensibly and dont drink alcohol!

Would love to just budge those final 8lbs. Any advice would very much be welcomed!

Thanks in advance :-) xx

Hi Charl,
I have read your post, you didn't mention your exercise schedule and diet chart.
Still few tip that might help you in losing weight.
Break your meal in 5/6 small meals,
Drink 2 glass of water before every meal,
Chew food well before swallowing,
Do take low carb diet,
Prefer green tea and fresh juices over beverages, soda, diet soda and packet juices.

There must be a limit to which you can lose weight. Consult your dietician in this regard.
