hi am just wondering if anyone got any good tips on losing weight, i have been trying to lose weight for 12 months but after about a week or 2 i go back to my old eating habits.

Eat intelligently. The difference between man and beast is that we are driven by intelligence while beasts are driven by instinct. Don’t just eat something because you feel like eating it. Ask you’re self whether your body really needs it.

I am only 18 and my weight is over 85, my doctor advice me about my diet plan in plan he tell me that always drunk more water, eat fresh fruits and vegetables, stop junk foods and do any exercise. I used this plan and after 3 month i feel i lose my 5 kg weight.

I suggest you that keep doing exercise and yoga regularly. At morning when you wake up first drink one glass of cold water with honey it is good for loss weight.

Hi to all. I have also some tips for weight lose.
1. Eat raw food. 2. Drink more than 10 glass of water in a day. 3. Try to do running in the morning regularly. 4. Avoid oily food. 5. Eat small quantity food and avoid over eating. |

a) Oatmeal and Brown Rice b) Yams and sweet potatoes c) Whole wheat products d)Beans and Pulses d) Green Vegetables e) Green Salads f) Mushrooms g) Salmon Fish h)Citric fruits e.g. Grapes, berries, oranges, strawberries, pineapples etc. Instead of starving or having fatty diets these weight loss foods can be very helpful to be in shape. The Diet of a person who wants to reduce the weight must ensure that he gets all the nutrients that are essential for our body. The studies have proved that Vitamin C is very helpful to dilute the fat from the body. |

there are 2 main things tht will help u lose weight!
*less calories *cardio the less calories can be easily achieved by picking smarter foods a high protein diet also makes u feel less hungry as for cardio u want to be looking at HIIT (high intensity interval training) this is a very good cardio for burning far, it doesnt take much time and is far less boring than regular cardio so u dont get bored

First ask yourself. If you are determined. Losing weight requires hard work and lifestyle change. Fad diets don't really work, they are just act like a band aid, after that you'll gain the weight again and a few more extra. The solution to your problem is changing your lifestyle habits 360 degrees. Do baby steps at the beginning learn how your body respond.
