I feel every body takes its own time and approach to lose weight. Have you started eating healthy food along with your gym?
Avoid unhealthy food and shift your focus on healthy food. Im sure you will lose weight. It is just a matter of time. Make sure you consult a dietitian if you feel the need to. |
