Hi everyone,
Hope you are all well. I have had a break from this for a while as it was getting me down and i was cutting out everything i enjoyed doing with my partner and still not managing to concieve. Well now as well as still ttc i am now loosing weight for my wedding in June 2012 and cn't wait. It will only be something really small but i still want to feel good in my dress and the photo's. So i'm back with avengence lol an i joined Rosemary conley classes 3 weeks ago and i have so far lost 11lb. I do have a fir way to go and would love to achieve to loose another 4 stone by June 2012 but that depends if things pop up along the way- baby hopefully. So how much are you all loosing and how long has it generally taken you? What is realistic etc? x |

Congrats.. glad to hear that.. for me a pill that i used really helped me with losing weight, i dropped 2 dress sizes in two weeks.. loved that it curbs my appetite.. really love Nuvoryn..

I always felt losing weight the natural way was and is the best way to lose weight.
So why don't you try to opt for a good diet plan from a dietitian and start to run/jog/swim or even yoga. These things will not only make you look better, but also give you a healthy body. It is very important to have a good healthy body, than to have a thin unhealthy body. Do think over it. |

Want to lose weight for baby. Are you serious.
If you.. want to lose weight or anyone, cardio exercises are best, use to drink green tea and sleep on time and do not eat before sleep. |

I'll suggest you to stop eating dieting pills because it may cause many side effects to your body.Try to lose weight by natural ways(proper diet plan and do some exercise daily.)
