Hi everyone, i'm new to this forum and am looking for some advice. I need to lose 1 stone and bread makes me feel bloated and i cant lose weight while eating bread.. So i have cut out bread and switched to wraps instead, but now wraps are doing the same thing. what can i have instead of bread. i would be most grateful if anyone has any advice

I guess the best thing to opt for is to get some wheat flour and make chapatis out of it. It is not only healthy but also very yummy.
