Unhappy advice for a young man?

hello i am a 19 year old male and i probably have not eaten probably more then 2 vegetables or fruits per week, and that isn't an exaggeration. now i know this may not be suited for this forum as it has nothing to do with weight loss or gaining but i fear im really starting to suffer because of my diet. in the past 6 months i have started having nausea, nasty diarrhea and an in general tiredness. because of it i fear my love life and how long i will last in this lifetime.

i am tall skinny and have never been able to put weight on and eat whatever i like but now whatever i eat makes me feel physically awful and i dread the next meal. i have had several blood tests from doctors but all of which come back as "fine". the main reason i am asking this forum is because, i simply dont eat or like fruit and veg. sure i drink orange juice, have the odd tin of tomato soup and have some roast potatoes once every moon, honestly anything else i simply do not eat. this is down to me personally not liking any fruit or veg or simply not having the will power to try it. please any advice on where to go for better qualified help then my GP or just some sneaky idea's to get the goodness into my diet that i desperately need.

thanks.

Hi
Young person should play any excited game for their fitness such as football, cricket etc. They should also join the gym for shaping up their body, and they must take better diet for their health.

Hi there, Sounds like you really need to get back to the doctors and insist on further investigations.
The reason for saying that is my grandson is very much like yourself and suffered for years with not being able to eat a decent meal without feeling awful. It turned out that he is celiac and has been so much better since being diagnosed. Don't be afraid or put off if your first attempts to get something further done is rebuffed. Just keep insisting that you need to see a specialist about your problem which you are quite entitled to.

All the very best to you....
