Hey all
![]() I'm very interested in starting a diet, but I just don't know what one would suit me. I'm 17, height is 5'2 and weight at 10st 7lbs. I'd like to lose around a stone in 3months (ish). Any ideas? |

Welcome to the forums! I think being 17 you are still growing, so should be careful when on a diet. Maybe just a healthy eating and exercise routine would suit you better? Just monitor what you eat daily and make sure it is all healthy, try writing it down if it helps. Or you could start a weightloss journal on here, or on the home page there is a free meal planner option which is downloadable. Look forward to chatting more Gem
