Hi mrsbarker,
Prefer brown bread over white bread and avoid taking 5 cups of tea daily. Avoid beverages, soda and even diet soda and drink green tea 2/3 times a day. increase your water intake, eat raw food more and so start some exercise or physical activity.

I have started on a weighloss program which is cheap for a month cheaper than most things out then when you add up the foods you need for them. i have lost 9lb in 11 days. If you pm me i will send you some more details. Would love to help you. i have had twins and know how hard it is

I am only 18 and my weight is over 85 my doctor advice me about my diet plan in plan he tell me that always drunk more water, eat fresh fruits and vegetables, stop junk foods and do any exercise. I used this plan and after 3 month I feel I lose my 5 kg weight.

Me and my partner are on the hay diet, we have lost weight steadily, the good thing about this diet is you do not calorie count. Visit haydiet.co.uk thats were I got the information. good luck

Green Tea is the best for losing weight. it is so useful for controlling the cholesterol level and protecting heart diseases . It is also useful for making skin fresh and also reduce headache problem.

You should be done following thing if you want to lose your weight.
Use citrus fruit like lemon.
Drink vegetable juice.
Use supplement as your doctor advise.

there is no short cut to loos weight you have to work hard and in smart way
1.wake up early and go for jogging for half an hour
2. do exercise for another 1 hours,exercise can be of cardio which burns fats.
3. eating habits should be control take low calorie diet and low fats diet.
4. yoga or tai chi is also great tool to reduce weight.
5. drink lot of water at least 7 to 8 glasses per day
6. take lemon water in the morning this burns fat.
