hi, im 23 and i want to lose weigh im fed up of feeling fat and frumpy
the other day my husband told me i had hippo hips that really upset me...........my current measurements are-- height- 5ft 0 weight- 8st 13lbs :'( bust- 38" under bust- 28" waist- 26" hips- 33" my ideal weight what i want to be is 7st 3lbs so ive got a stone and 10lbs to lose!!! ive started living off 5 cups of tea and a slice of white beard with low fat butter no crust a day hoping i manage to lose weight and quickly i wont be fat to my hubby then

To be honest, I don't really see any need for men or women to train differently. Bottom line... the best exercises are the best exercises regardless of gender.

Mrsbarker09...i know how tempting it is when you feel fat, miserable and frumpy and desparately want to lose weight to try to significantly reduce calorie intake and certain food groups but it dosnt last..and you end up being trapped in a viscious circle. I'm in it now! the more desparate i am to lose weight the harder it is.
I think my friends and fam are sick of me saying im ging to lose weight and then nothing come of it so i have stopped talking to them now but inside im miserable with my weight!! Hoping this site will help and give me the supoort and motivation I need! Hope you find that to!! :-) |

Some useful tips for Loss Weight :
1. Walking is the best Exercise. 2. Drink Black or Green tea which burn your Fat. 3. Drink more water. 4. Not use Oily food in Meal. 5. Use Fruit and Salad after Meal |
