Default need to lose weight!!!

hi, im 23 and i want to lose weigh im fed up of feeling fat and frumpy the other day my husband told me i had hippo hips that really upset me...........
my current measurements are--
height- 5ft 0
weight- 8st 13lbs :'(
bust- 38"
under bust- 28"
waist- 26"
hips- 33"

my ideal weight what i want to be is 7st 3lbs so ive got a stone and 10lbs to lose!!! ive started living off 5 cups of tea and a slice of white beard with low fat butter no crust a day hoping i manage to lose weight and quickly i wont be fat to my hubby then

Hi
For losing your weight you should do the following thing
1. Exercise regularly
2. Take diet foods
3. Take citric fruits juices
4. Take green ea
5. Running, Summing

Morning walk and having raw vegetables are the best ways to loose weight.

If you want to reduce your weight then consult with weight loss doctor. You can use the weight loss program carefully under the guidance of your doctor. If you follow this program very honestly then i think this way is very helpful for you.

Eat Healthy, Like Fresh fruits and vegetables and do daily exercise,like
cardio exercise... best of luck,, and also drink plenty of water in a day.

Hi dear,
for losing the weight you should try the following tips
Do exercise regularly
Running, swimming and jogging
Drink plenty of water
Control your diet
Take more boiled vegetables
Don't take more cholesterol and fatty foods
Eat fresh fruits especially citric fruits
Drink fresh fruits juice
Take green tea
and use fish oil

To be honest, I don't really see any need for men or women to train differently. Bottom line... the best exercises are the best exercises regardless of gender.

Mrsbarker09...i know how tempting it is when you feel fat, miserable and frumpy and desparately want to lose weight to try to significantly reduce calorie intake and certain food groups but it dosnt last..and you end up being trapped in a viscious circle. I'm in it now! the more desparate i am to lose weight the harder it is.

I think my friends and fam are sick of me saying im ging to lose weight and then nothing come of it so i have stopped talking to them now but inside im miserable with my weight!! Hoping this site will help and give me the supoort and motivation I need!

Some useful tips for Loss Weight :
1. Walking is the best Exercise.
2. Drink Black or Green tea which burn your Fat.
3. Drink more water.
4. Not use Oily food in Meal.
5. Use Fruit and Salad after Meal

Avoid starvation diets like the plague! Starvation diets are a recipe for disaster. Your body needs nutrition to burn fat and to function properly.most of the fast ways to lose weight only yield short term results because they don't train the metabolism to speed up.
