Hi,
I am 35 and had a baby 7 months ago. I am close to my pre-pregnancy wt, but even then I was trying to get back to my comfortable wt... Currently at 72 kgs and pre-preg was 67 kgs. I would like to be closer to 61-62 kgs. I have both a yeast and dairy intolerances which makes eating a nightmare. Basically, unless I prepare food myself I know I will blow up... I have tried even the simplest meals out! I would also like to say that I do Pilates & yoga once a week (altogether) and I do not really want to fall into a diet trap of calorie counting, etc... Any suggestions? thanx! Last edited by calypso; 05-27-2009 at 09:15 PM. Reason: more info |

have you tryed going for brisk walks, i know you have a baby but take him/her with you. they say 10mins of walking burns 100 cals. and the fresh air will give you the energy, that when it stops raining. give yourself a goal. i,m doing race for life 5/7/09 and need to be fit for that, done none stop exercise for 4weeks only lost 8lb so far cant get out walking cause it keeps raining now bought treadmill cant wait to get on it. goodluck.

Hi all, im new to here.
I am not wanting to lose drastic weight but would like to lose around half a stone which i have gained over the last few months, due to doing no excercise!! (though this is due to personal reasons). I normaly go to the gym, and i am starting up again next week. would any one have any ideas of what i should/shouldnt do for next few months with respect to eating and exercise, so that i can go back to what i used to be. thanx! |
