I think just trying to eat healthy and cut out snacks can help to save money.
If you just buy healthy food and no junk food then that helps to save you cash and lose weight at the same time. Try drinking lots of water as it helps make you feel full too. Plus there are lots of other ways, you could grow your own vegetables which could help. And there are loads of exercises that can be done at home to help you lose weight and tone up, which would be free and easy to do. hope that helps. Gem

i currently just buy as i go for food due to most of the things i get being irresistable to our house members, ive found stores like aldi good for fruit and veg prices

I was discussing this with my husband the other day, with 3 kids money can be very tight in our house at times and we had come to the conclusion that if we cut out snacking on crisps/chocolate on a daily basis then we'll save around £35 a week and buying healthier foods won't seem so expensive xx

I guess just instead of waiting money on such diet plans, just eat healthy food, lists are available online and run as much as you can.

As far as the drinking plane water is the cheapest way to lose the weight rapidly. Drink 16-18 glass of water is more useful to reduce the weight easily. It is recommended by the good doctors.

but my hubby is t-rex. We spend $150/week on food. I juice 2 fruits, and 1 cup veggie juice for hubby daily. And I eat 98% raw. If we were both eating meat, our food bill would be MUCH higher.
