Default No sweets for a month help weight loss?

I am going to start a goal that throughout all of November, I will not eat any sweets. (chocolate, brownies, ice cream, any type of candy). I am very active, I run 5 miles almost every day and I play soccer. I drink only water. So do you think I will lose any weight? If so, how much?? I need to know if this will be worth doing!
