does that rice diet really work?
i herd eating only rice and like fish/ or chicken makes you loose wheight like.. ten pounds in one month. is that true? have you tried?

Having just rice is really a not good option as you can not get enough nutrition through this. Rather than this you should go for multi grain options, lots of fluid and fibrous food for quick weight loss.Also include some physical work and exercise into your routine.

Many diet are available for them who are facing the weight loss problem. Like you can use the Mangoes, Apples, Bananas as well as many other food and also used many product are available in the market like Green Tea, Black Tea.

There is no doubt rice is very beneficial for the weight gain but we must avoid the excessive use of the rice.
We should eat the rice two times in a week.

I don't think that any diet which subscribes to restricting your food intake to one or two food groups is any good for you. Just my two cents worth.

i used therice only diet this time last year, lost over 2 stone in 4 monthwas amsolutely amazing and got my body realy for the bikini season. Unfortunately i stopped dieting and started putting weight back on over the winter... now im looking for an alternative method but i assure you the rice diet ( along with fish and chicken) worked a treat for me.

Hi dear,
Rice specially brown rice plays an important role in weight gain. These make the fatty body. So we must eat the rice within a limit.
