Question Should I go back on Cambridge?

Hi all

I am new on this site, but not new to dieting! That said I haven't dieted for some time as I tend to lose weight initially but ultimately end up fatter. I'm not sure I believe in 'dieting' as such... but I desperately want to be slim again, like I used to be 10 years ago (without really trying).

The most 'successful' diet I ever did was Cambridge and I lost 2.5 stone in about 2 months; I lost loads in the first 2 weeks and this slowed down but never lost less than 3 lbs in a week. However, after finishing the diet, whilst I didn't mean to I did end up eating normally again (or should I say 'overeating normally' again) but no more than I had before I started Cambridge. However, the effect was to gain back everything I had lost and then 1.5 stone on top! This was not overnight, it took maybe a year to gain all that weight but either way it is not good.

I really want to lose weight again, and know Cambridge is a 'quick fix' (and I hate slow ones) but I am scared I'll end up bigger than ever. Can anyone advise me if they have had long term success with Cambridge or Lighter Life (something similar) and how they did it? I wonder if I went wrong by not spending long enough in 'maintenance' afterwards or something.

Thanks in advance for your help and advice

Bambino xx
