I didn't eat anything at all yesterday, alls I had was 1 can of soda and 3 glasses of milk. When I got home today I had 1 can of soda (so far) and I had a little bit of chocolate cake when I got home. I've heard that if you don't eat for a long period of time and then you eat it causes you to gain weight? Is this true? Thanks so much!

Ideally we need to eat4-6 times a day. I know it sounds like a lot but even if you just had some fruit and a handful of nuts for one of those 'meals' that still counts.
What you are doing by not eating all day is increasing the likelihood that you will put weight on. When you don't eat your body goes into starvation mode. It thinks there is a famine afoot so starts to store body fat. You're not doing yourself any favours in the long term by not eating all day. |
