Red face Will Power of a Pea

Hi im Caroline

Im 35 years old, i had a lovely wee girl 2 years ago. My husband and I waited 7 years for her and had her eventually through IVF.

My weight started rising due to the IVF drugs then I fell pregnant on my second go. I gained at least 2 stone and don't know where to start losing it again.
I've tried various slimming clubs and spent a fortune.

I could really do with some advice
Thanks

Hi Caroline,

I'm also a fellow Scot although now live "down south", and I also waited 7 years to conceive my lovely little girl who is now 2!! We had IUI, IVF you name it we had it and nothing worked. Then when I went on a diet for another IVF I fell pregnant naturally. (My life seems like an endless diet!!) My Gynae was astonished as I have severe endometriosis and have had numerous ops. She is the light of mine and hubbys life.

Good luck on your diet, no advice but looking for some myself!!

Nicolaxx
