Default Will eating a toasted sandwich before bed be bad for me?

I can't sleep cause I am that hungry, but I want to lose a couple of kilos. I'm 16, 5'7 and 155 pounds. Will having a cheese and tomato toasted sandwich be bad for my diet?

Hi there

I don't think it's the eating before bed which is the issue - - you have to eat when your hungry and if we look at babies they eat then go to sleep afterwards and it does them no harm.

However it does matter what you eat and eating a toasted cheese sandwich, at anytime in the day will pack on the calories.

Maybe try eating a few nuts before bed. They have a tendency to make you feel fuller for longer and provide lots of healthful benefits.

A cheese sandwich has a lot of calories. If you feel hungry at night, eat something healthy like fruits.

Are you eating enough in the day, breakfast, lunch, dinner and tea, always eat breakfast and every four hours, you can even have a piece of fruit in between meals or a veg juice parsnip, carrot and celery is nice. good luck
