Default Help!

im 16 and i am 5ft 5 and weigh 10st 4lbs, ive been told that this is healthy but i don't feel good about myself. could you give me some tips on what i could eat throughout the day to help me loose weight. i do alot of sport training but i need to change my diet! Please and Thankyou!!

Hey Zaraa

That does sound like a healthy weight but if you're not feeling good about yourself then things need to change to ensure you do!

You train a lot which is awesome so how about combining that with a high protein low carb diet? Doesn't have to be anything fancy. I cut my weight by replacing the naughty carbs with vegetables and by eating more fish and poultry.
