Hi everyone,
I am new to this site. I am getting married on the 6th May, to my fiance whom I have been with for 11 years. Last year I managed to loose 2st. and went from 12st 4lbs to 10st 4lbs which I felt was quite an achievment, however I have another stone maybe a stone and a half if possible to loose. I could do with some help please! and new tasty recipes to try. Any ideas and motivation will be openned with welcome arms. Look forward to hearing from you Many Thanks Nadine

Hi Nadine and welcome on board
Congrats on your upcoming wedding -- exciting!! I was just reading about online personal trainers today. Hadn't really gotten my head around the concept and I'm going to do some further exploring, but what a great way to access a personal trainer. Nothing will get you motivated more so than your very own trainer. Other than that you just need to push yourself. Set little goals each day (make sure you write these down) and stick to the program. I find telling people around me works too. They hold you accountable for your actions so not only do you have to prove to yourself you can do it, you have to prove it to them too. That should keep you motivated as I'm sure you'd hate to let people down. |
