Smile DIET PLATE - has any1 tried this???
Hello, i am nee to this site, i purchased a diet plate from amazon, basically its all about portion size, and the plate helps you measure your food when dishing up ?? has any1 got one of these ??

hi no i dont have one of the plates you mention but i do have my meals on a smaller plate than the regular ones,
how are you getting along with the diet plate is it helping?
